20 Apr Sovereign Centros appointed for Epsom mall development
Sovereign Centros has been brought on board by CBRE Global Investor to start the reconfiguration and explore development options for The Ashley Centre in Epsom, which will include bringing in new occupiers.
The Ashley Centre, which comprises 315,000 sq ft of retail space, 55,000 sq ft of offices and an 800-space car park, is anchored by Waitrose and Marks & Spencer.
